Currently there is an absence of professional learning programs that enhance teacher practice for the 21st Century. This research concerns the design and development of a teacher professional learning program (PLP) using a partnership approach. .. The research was framed through a case study that utilised surveys, focus groups and in depth interviews. A research design comprised of three phases resulted in a PLP that evolved specific to identified teacher practical professional learning needs."--Abstract.
