Reconceptualising quality and quality judgement in higher education

thesis
posted on 2017-12-06, 00:00 authored by SA John
"This study was an investigation of the conceptualisation of quality and quality judgement in Australian higher education. The value of recent mainstream conceptions was challenged on the basis that, while these conceptions might offer some form of management accountability, they were unlikely to generate the necessary quality understandings to facilitate optimal customer satisfaction or quality improvement." -- abstract.
