Power, democracy and decision-making in coastal development: A case study from Central Queensland, Australia

"This study examines planning processes for urban development in a coastal town in Central Queensland, Australia, that is experiencing development pressure. It pays particular attention to the current decision-making planning framework and urban development issues of land clearing, building height and water availability.
