Pathways and Experiences of Women on Government Boards: A Regional Queensland Perspective

This research examined regional equity and pathways to board membership from the perspective of women in regional areas. Using data collected from an audit of government boards and qualitative interviews, the research looked beyond the aggregate achievement of gender equity to identify further opportunities for achieving equality on regional boards.
