"The purpose of this study is to understand the role of relationship marketing and agency theory control mechanisms in the recruitment of international students through education agents to Australian universities ... A multi-case embedded design was utilised with a sample consisting of in-depth interviews with 31 international marketing directors and marketing staff from eight Australian universities and on the other side of the dyad, interviews with 16 education agent managers and staff from 12 education agencies"--Abstract.
