The study analysed raw materials and studied microbial dynamics (yeasts/bacteria) resulting in the identification of ideal conditions for ethanol/rum production. These findings are helping to achieve higher ethanol yields, reduce waste, and enhance product consistency, potentially saving $600,000 annually.
