This report documents Steven Pace's trip to Chile and Argentina in October 2010 to support two research teams that were sponsored by the Amy Mahan Research Fellowship Program. Both research teams were studying the social impact of providing people in poor communities with low-cost public access to information and communication technologies (ICTs).
