report
posted on 2017-12-06, 00:00 authored by E Cuskelly, Kenneth PurnellKenneth Purnell, Geoffrey LawrenceGeoffrey Lawrence"Focus group sessions were held throughout Queensland to identify key issues facing distance education students at Central Queensland Unviversity. Specific issues were identified and discussed in detail and then prioritised. The issues identified in the focus groups were found to be similar, as were the priorities given to those issues. The main issues were concerned with five interrelated areas: student contact with lecturers, assignments, flexibility, study materials and educational technology. These are examined in detail in the main report."--p. 1.
