Stakeholder prioritization in Sino-foreign joint ventures

This paper reports the findings of a project in Hangzhou, China, undertaken to investigate the prioritization of different stakeholders in Sino-Foreign joint venture firms. It was found that exising [sic] stakeholder salience theories did not explain adequately the Chinese tendency to emphasize clustering or relationship networking above specific stakeholders. Explanations and recommendations for further resarch [sic] are offered.
