The macrobenthic fauna, fish and fisheries species of Boat Creek were assessed in December 1998 and January 1999. This creek will be directly affected by the Stuart project, however again impacts on this creek by already established industries are apparent. These two monitoring projects must be repeated in order to elucidate effects on these communities immediately adjacent to the SPPD site since these are most likely to be impacted.
