Samples of Regain 400 were stored at three different temperatures and two different humidities for
a one-week period. The formation of white crystals (sodium sulfate) was only observed in samples
stored at the lowest temperature (approx. 6°C). The humidity appeared to have no impact on crystal
formation, while daily agitation of the samples had a small impact on slowing crystal development.
Consequently, low temperatures appear to be the
key condition responsible for the development of these white crystals in stored Regain 400 product.
