"In September 1988 Carter Holt Harvey Ltd. contracted the Timber and Wood Products Research Centre (TWP) to perform a series of "in-grade" tests, and tests on "small clears", from a sample of stud-length F8 New Zealand Radiata Pine. The in-grade tests involved tests for bending strength and stiffness, and compressive strength."--p. i.
