A range of products derived from watermelon rind were supplied to CQUniversity between July 2020 and October 2021, for the purpose of determining their citrulline contents. These samples included melon juice, raw and cooked rind (using different conditions), and dried products. This report outlines the citrulline contents determined in the corresponding products, as analysed by the CQUniversity laboratories. It should be noted that these results are indicative only and are provided in good faith. The data presented here are not based on any NATA accredited method(s).
