On 13 October 2020, the Minister for Education, the Hon Dan Tehan MP officially launched TEQSA’s new Academic Integrity Toolkit. The new toolkit is a result of a major project led by the late Professor Tracey Bretag with $150,000 funding from the Australian government. The toolkit is comprised of four main sections. The ‘Contract Cheating’ section includes useful resources and three selected case studies from Australian universities; one of which was contributed by Dr Samer Skaik. The case study is entitled “Redesigning high-risk assessments to engage students and address contract cheating” and it is based upon Dr Skaik’s scholarly practice in teaching ‘PPMP20015-Research in Project Management’ at CQUniversity over the last three years.
