Newsletter: Queensland Centre for the Prevention of Domestic & Family Violence

The Centre commenced operations at the Mackay campus of Central Queensland University (CQU) on 1 July 2002.

Our mission is to be inclusieve of all regions and one of our most important functions is to work in partnership with governments, universities and communities. This principal role affords the opportunity to not only conduct  research to inform policy, but to also evaluate policy implementation and effectiveness, thereby addressing the pivolal factors that influcence individual, family and community violence.
