journal contribution
posted on 2017-12-06, 00:00 authored by Michael Segon, C Booth
Emotional Intelligence is one of the premier management development models, yet it does not include ethics as a key management competency. The author argue that this absence can lead to managers being emotionally intelligent yet engage in unethical behaviour. The authors propose a new Ethical culster as part of eth EI model to address this problem.
