Tracking AJA progress

At the start of 2015 and Volume 34 for Australasian Journal on Ageing (AJA), we are working towards target, with yet another increase in Impact factor (now at 1.119). However, we are still working uncomfortably hard to reduce turnaround times while reducing our backlog.
