Most people who dive aim to visit the Great Barrier Reef at some stage of their active career. Since moving from deepest Ayrshire, and the denizens of Ayr Sub Aqua Oub (G'day guys!) in January 2003, to the somewhat warmer climes of Rockharnpton in Central Queensland, I have been fortunate enough to become more acquainted with shorties and barrier reef clown fish, than my oid dry suit and the Wallachia (although a brilliant dive site in its own right).
