In a busy and increasingly complex health care workplace, health professionals’ well-being is essential. Health care professionals who experience a healthy workplace are more able to contribute positively to client care (Romppanen & H€aggman-Laitila, 2017). Well-being also has a strong influence on job satisfaction, with workplace relationships essential to job satisfaction and healthy team functioning. Factors influencing workplace well-being include positive feedback, a feeling of personal and team interprofessional collaboration supported by relationship-focused leadership. Positive wellbeing supports a highly skilled and confident workforce which contributes to meeting organizational goals (Romppanen & H€aggman-Laitila, 2017).
