"The phrase ‘jack of all trades, master of none’ was a predominate theme in the findings of a recent research project in Queensland that explored the role of rural perioperative nurses. The findings revealed common experiences shared by 12 participants, including the ‘trials and triumphs’ nurses encounter with multiskilling in the operating theatre (OT)."--p. 34
