Finding voice : promoting the right of free speech for mental health nurses

Editorial. Mental health nurses often feel that expressing their views in a public way is at best scorned upon and at worst, leads to negative repercussions from colleagues and/or employers. Censorship of free speech either real or perceived in this manner is a matter of real concern.
