This case is of a fetus diagnosed with a double aortic arch and an unusual presentation of an aberrant location of the left subclavian artery (LSCA). In this case report, the technique to evaluate branch vessels to aid in the diagnosis of fetal arch anomalies, the importance of including
the three vessel view (3VV) and three vessel tracheal (3VT) view and
extension to include assessment of the upper mediastinum when an
arch anomaly is suspected is discussed.
