Commentary: Occupational therapy: Reflections on the state of the art

The purpose of this commentary is to share our reflections on the current state of occupational therapy. The commentary is a brief review of where occupational therapy has come from, what occupational therapy is now, and our thoughts on the discipline, practice and research area of occupational therapy. The discussion highlights some of the many issue that the occupational therapy profession faces as we move toward the 21st centry.
