A case of asymptomatic exercise and Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome: Physio's be aware!

A cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) including ECG is performed to assess aerobic exercise capacity and monitor exercise induced limitations. ECG is not routinely performed at clinic or annual reviews in children with CF. Cardiac arrhythmias are reportedly rare in CF.
