Enhancing the Electrical and Thermal Performance of a Photovoltaic Thermal (PVT) System

Photovoltaic (PV) cell loses their efficiency significantly with the rise in cell temperature. To mitigate this effect, the heat dissipation system is improved to enhance the photovoltaic thermal (PVT) systems overall efficiency. Copper Oxide (CuO) are used as a coolant in this heat dissipation system. The numerical model was designed using the TRNSYS simulation tool. The output performance of the PVT system was optimised using the TRNSYS model data and Design Expert software.
