Energy demand has been increasing in the recent decade due to the growth of population worldwide and the reduction of conventional fossil fuel supply. The photovoltaic (PV) cell is considered the most beneficial natural energy because it is from the sun and free, plentiful, clean, and distributed throughout the world and is a primary factor in any other energy production process. The efficiency increment of the PV system would reduce high costs per unit of electricity. The losses that occur in the solar panel will reduce the output efficiency. To improve the output efficiency, the losses should be mitigated. This research will compare the efficiency of automated cooling and reflected solar panel monitoring. The booster hampered the incident radiation when the mirrors were connected to the plate. Therefore, a tracking mechanism will be created to focus the sunlight perpendicularly. The proposed model will be simulated with automated monitoring and cooling systems in the MATLAB/Simulink environment. Current and voltage are simulated and analyzed in detail with different tracking conditions. The PV cell output power will be calculated and compared with the results for different combinations.
