Government agencies have taken steps to control and manage existing infestations and also to curb future spread of the noxious weed. One of the steps is the development of P-Expert, an integrated expert advisory system based on a fuzzy-logic system framework incorporating various information technologies (Its). This paper introduces the framework that will help unify each required component into a single, cohesive, and manageable framework. In addition, the project also provides a proposed deployment framework.
