The School of Engineering and Technology (SET) of CQU runs various courses in engineering from Associate Diploma to Master of Engineering, including the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and the Bachelor of Engineering (Co-op). The two latter courses are available in CQU Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Mackay and Cairns campuses. Master of Engineering courses, on the other hand are available in CQU Rockhampton, Melbourne and Perth campuses. Due to this multi-campus setting, the concept of team teaching evolves. The main focus of team teaching is based on providing equal or similar student learning experiences to the students of different CQU campuses. In this regard, similar teaching spaces, laboratory facilities, reliable inter-campus communication, and enough facilitators are provided to all campuses with a view to developing similar effective student learning journeys.
