This paper focuses on the development of a project to build teacher capability in the design of learning using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in a school in Queensland, Australia. The project known as the E learning project (ELP) will involve teachers in a planned intervention. This project has been developed to meet the needs of in-service teachers engaged in new learning to deploy ICT as an instructional design tool.
