Research involving international students offers challenges and lifelong learning opportunities. This paper draws on cross- cultural research literature, the author's research experience, and observations of students completing Rodski library surveys. It highlights the need for cross-cultural and second-language awareness, strategies for overcoming difficulties, and benifits of research in this field.
