The clinical experience which students of the undergraduate nursing program at Central Queensland University experience is a fundamental part of their education. The role of the nurse educator is crucial in promoting a conducive learning environment in the clinical setting. This paper will discuss strategies emcompassed within a Clinical Learning Cycle implemented by nurse educators at Central Queensland University to facilitate learning in the clinical setting.
