Investigating online interaction in education research is difficult. Much information is contradictory thus preventing decisions about what should be implemented. This paper investigates the outcomes in this area for a number of students. The emphasis on technological solutions for problems concerning teaching and learning results in pedagogical 'wobbles' and far...from..clear understandings of what really works.
