Access to
information, education and monitoring through m-health, including mobile applications (apps), may facilitate
behaviour change. However, app quality and the presence and appropriateness of Behaviour Change Techniques (BCTs) used in apps is unknown. This study reviewed pregnancy apps to assess their quality and the prevalence and appropriateness of BCTs.
