In contemporary business, entrepreneurs try to gather as much of business intelligence as possible in order to sustain their business viability in the digital economy. Although innovation, entrepreneurship and business intelligence are important, research on how knowledge should be managed in the digital economy is limited. This research explored a purposive case study and explained how business knowledge should be captured, shared, used and reused in an organization.
