posted on 2017-12-06, 00:00 authored by Lisa Soon

Although innovation, entrepreneurship and business intelligence are important, research on how knowledge should be managed in the digital economy is limited. This research explored a purposive case study and explained how business knowledge should be captured, shared, used and reused in an organization.
