Lifelong learning in the vocational education workplace : implications of a distance vocational teacher education program

This paper reports on the learning experiences of students in a distance vocational teacher education program at Central Queensland University. Pen pictures of two students are used to generate reflections on developing a VET lifelong learning community. This paper considers implications of those reflections for theorising lifelong learning communities.
