Sustained team learning involving the Zing Team System is presented as a basis for learning and knowledge management. Successful activities involving learning, reflection, and applying corrective feedback demonstrate the importance of distributive cognition and co-creation of meaning through discource. As lifelong learners, teachers and students learn to share responsibility for learning.
