posted on 2017-12-06, 00:00 authored by L Barham, J KirtonWith the increasing availability of information products at our clients’ desktops the Information and Library Services’ staff of New South Wales Agriculture have recognised the need to provide our clients with the skills they need to become ‘information literate’. This paper outlines the introduction of our Information Skills Program and highlights some of the issues that have arisen.
