Graduate job search and employability - a lesson in JIT management or just plain luck?

This paper examines the expectations students have of their employment opportunities after graduation. The perceptions of graduates and university career centres are examined to reveal that the initial overly inflated expectations of graduates become a more realistic and structured job search as they have to deal with employer rejection.
