Factors that influence the education choices of medical/surgical registered nurses with more than 20 years clinical experience

An interpretive research study using focus group interviews was undertaken to indentify factors that influence the education choices of medical/surgical registered nurses with more than 20 years clinical experience. The results of this study showed that the education choices of this group are based on lifestyle, organisational, and educational factors.
