Adapt and overcome: Everyday learning in the ADF

We argue that these ADF workers are constantly confronting change as they negotiate workplace learning. Using a grounded theory approach analysing semi-structured interviews, a prime concern identified for respondents was finding their place and becoming members of a community of practice.
