Jelly fish envenomation can be divided into cuboidal and non-cuboidal jelly fish. Chironex Fleckeri (box jelly fish) is considered the most deadly of all marine envenomations world wide with approximately 70 reported deaths in Australia. Irukandji Syndrome is an emerging symptom that is coming into vogue and refers to a spectrum of signs and symptoms. Irukandji syndrome has accounted for at least 3 documented deaths in Australia in the past decade.
