Journeys of emancipation: Disrupting poverty in Nepal

This chapter provides an overview of the entrepreneurial roles played by women forming grassroots organizations within the developing economy of rural and remote Nepal. Their stories demonstrate their desire for emancipation from socially constructed power roles, through the disruption of poverty. This chapter also includes some insights into the trajectory of Nepali women's social entrepreneurship.
