From novice to learning manager
A survey capturing novice learning manager insights into embedded professional learning was conducted at the start of the 2007 school year. Respondents to the survey identified key elements that the novice learning manager should attend to in order to ensure a successful and effective in-school placment experience. The elements - relationships, communicaiton and time are explored within this chapter, and specific strategies that enhance and develop each are identified. Reflective practice is highlighted within the strategies.
