Learning diagnostics involves the practice of identifying students’ needs and devising effective teaching and learning programs to accommodate learning needs in order to effect quality learning outcomes. Learning managers need to develop an understanding of the information obtained from multiple sources in order to devise appropriate learning management plans. Examples of effective learning frameworks, processes and learning plans that can be applied to each learning environment are discussed in this chapter.
