Financial capability, financial competence and wellbeing in rural Fijian households

An examination of the relationship between engagement with the money economy and the formal financial system, and household wellbeing in rural Fijian households. The study found evidence of a positive relationship between successful interaction with the money economy and the formal financial system and the sustainability of household incomes in a monetising community.
